VitalSync™
Automatic vitals recording from many popular monitors
- Continuously reads data from the monitor.
- Records vitals for initial checkpoint and for interval checkpoints throughout the case.
- Ultimate hands-off experience.
- Just plug in the USB cable and we'll take it from there.
- Initiates blood pressure readings when needed.
- Writes patient name and info to the monitor.
- Configures pediatric vs. adult settings automatically based on DOB and weight.
How to preview the experience:
Use the "tour mode" in the app to show you exactly how it works with auto monitoring enabled. No account needed just click this link to opening the app in your browser and selecting "start mock case." Or, if you already have an account, by selecting "tour mode" from the menu in the upper right corner of your screen. Part way through, you'll be asked if you want the "auto" or "manual" version of the tour.
How to try it for real:
You'll need a compatible monitor.
If you already have one, great! Select your monitor below for instructions.
If you don't have a compatible monitor you can buy a PPM3 directly from us! Just contact support@xchart.com for details.
Monitors capable of full VitalSync™
Monitors capable of VitalConnect™
How does it work?
When you start a new case you'll see a "Configure Monitor" button in the status bar at the top to help you select and connect to your monitor.
When you get to the "Monitor Setup" page you specify what data you'd like in the report.
That's it! Now when vital checkpoints are due, the app will read them from the monitor directly and enter them for you. And, don't worry, you still have full control of what shows up on the final report, but the manual process of gathering data for each checkpoint is now fully automated!
